We will be delivering by postcode and the schedule for this will be as follows:

From 10am till 5pm:

DD1 > DD2 > PH14 > DD3 > DD4 > DD5 > DD6

To enquire about the status of your order and when you should expect it to arrive, please message us on our Facebook page and we will reply as soon as we can.

If you are not going to be in at a specific time (e.g for a Doctor's appointment), please add this information to the instructions box at checkout and we will deliver your order at a more suitable time.

If you prefer, you can specify a safe place for our driver to leave your order.

We will also be following other local businesses in enforcing a "no mask no entry" policy to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.

ORDERING INFORMATION -

CREATING AN ACCOUNT: You do not need an account to place an order. Simply add your items to your basket, enter your postcode, and checkout as a guest. You will be given the option to register for an account during checkout (if you wish).

All orders must be paid in full by card before dispatch.

Minimum spend of £20 applies.

We will strive to deliver within your requested time slot. However, sometimes we may experience some delays for reasons outwith out control, such as heavy traffic. If you have not recieved your order within your requested time, please contact us on 01382 667718 and we will update you on where your order is.

DELIVERY TERMS -

You will be responsible for the uplift and appropriate storage of your goods after delivery.

To maintain Social Distancing measures, your order will be left on your doorstep (unless a specified safe place is provided) and we will ring/knock at your door to let you know that your order has arrived. Please do not attempt to meet our driver at the door. 

We will wait for you to open your door from a safe distance to ensure you recieve your parcel. If you do not appear to be in, your parcel will be returned to the store for you to collect. If you are unable to collect your order, we can arrange redelivery (redelivery fee of £2.95 may apply).

CLICK AND COLLECT TERMS

We will be enforcing a strict policy of allowing only TWO customers in the store at any one time. 

Collection orders will be ready from 12pm

If queuing for entry, please adhere to social distancing guidelines (keep a distance of at least 2 metres from others).
