The Pave Cut Rump is a great little cut of beef.

Taken from the Rump which is traditionally cut as a large, wide steak. Instead, we remove the fat, break down into individual muscles, and then slice into lovely little medallions.

Great value for money. Lean, tender and flavoursome.

Best served Rare-Medium.
