RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS POLICY
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, please contact us by telephone as soon as possible, and we will do our best to rectify any problems as quickly and efficiently as we can.
Please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order if any items are missing or have been incorrectly supplied. In this case, we will either issue a refund for these items, or provide you with replacement items.
If you have any complaints in regards to the quality or freshness of your order, we may ask you to return these products. In this case, we must ensure this happens before the Use By date as labelled on the product. If they are indeed found to be faulty or defective, we will provide you with a replacement, or a full refund (including any delivery charges).
You have the right to cancel your order at any time until despatch. As our products are food items and therefore perishable, your right to cancel no longer applies after your order has despatched.
In any event, your statutory rights are not affected.
We will aim to issue refunds as quickly as possible. Please be aware that this can take up to 28 days.
We can only issue a refund to the credit/debit card used to purchase your order.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We accept all major credit/debit cards (no minimum spend). Our website uses a secure payment system (Stripe). All transactions are in GBP (Sterling).

West End Butchers (Dundee) Ltd. reserves all Copyright in photographs and print provided in this web site. Any infringement, whether by the replication of photographs or the plagiarism of print, will not be tolerated. West End Butchers (Dundee) Ltd. reserve the right to raise legal proceedings to protect it’s commercial interests.
If a product is out of stock or unavailable, you will be notified of this by telephone or email as soon as possible. We will advise you of when we expect this item to return in stock. We will offer to either re-arrange a delivery/collection date for your order or issue a refund for that item.
Click and Collect
Click-and-collect orders must be collected on the arranged collection date. If, for any reason, you cannot collect your order on this date, you must contact us as soon as possible. In the event that you do not collect your order on the agreed upon date, we will allow you 24 hours to contact us. We will either re-arrange a collection date or issue a full refund for your order if you contact us within this time. If you do not make contact with us within 24 hours after the agreed collection date, we will be forced to dispose of your order and you will not receive a refund.
We Deliver to the following postcodes ONLY:
DD1, DD2, DD3, DD4, DD5, DD6, PH14
Orders are delivered via our own refrigerated delivery van. We will strive to deliver your order within the time and date specified. However, if for any reason we cannot deliver your order at the arranged time, we will contact you as soon as possible to re-arrange delivery.
We will attempt to deliver your order once. If we attempt and are unsuccessful in delivering your order, we will retain your order at our Perth Road premises for 24 hours. You must contact us via telephone or email to re-arrange delivery or collection in-store. If you do not make contact with us or collect your order within 24 hours, we will be forced to dispose of your order and you will not receive a refund. A re-delivery charge of £4.95 must be paid in full before we re-despatch your order.
